The Service Hotline is designed for customers in North America who have maintenance and service questions after normal business hours and on weekends. Dorner understands that many customers have a 24\/5 or 24\/7 operations and that helping these customers around the clock can keep the operations running and productivity high. Continuing production means lower cost of ownership and higher ROIs when using Dorner products and services. The hotline will be answered by a Dorner Field Service Manager.<\/p>\n

The Service Hotline is in addition to an Applications Hotline where customers can talk directly with one of Dorner\u2019s application engineers during normal business hours. The engineers will answer technical questions and will help solve customer application challenges free of charge at 800-351-8712.<\/p>\n
